Online safety

Where to take a safety problem, and who else you can take it to. This is an adults-only service that makes images and video with AI; what people report is usually one of three things. Something illegal, an intimate picture shared without consent, or a face that came out too much like a real one.

Tell us, or do not

Write to [email protected]. Give us enough to find the thing: a link, the preset, roughly when it was made, the account if you know it. Send a link or a screenshot rather than the file.

You do not have to come to us first. Where the law gives you a route to a regulator, use it.

If you are in Australia

The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s online-safety regulator, set up by the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). Australian users can report straight to it:

- Illegal and restricted content, including child sexual abuse material: https://www.esafety.gov.au/report/illegal-restricted-content

- Image-based abuse: https://www.esafety.gov.au/report/image-based-abuse

- Adult cyber abuse: https://www.esafety.gov.au/report/adult-cyber-abuse

- Cyberbullying of a child: https://www.esafety.gov.au/report/cyberbullying

- A complaint about how we follow the industry codes and standards: https://www.esafety.gov.au/industry/codes

Australia’s industry standard for designated internet services, DIS 2024, applies to services like ours to the extent its tests match us. Where it does, we follow it, and a report about that can go to eSafety as well. The regulator’s main site is https://www.esafety.gov.au.

Anywhere else

Your own national regulator is the right address, and you do not need our permission to use it. In the EU, the Complaints page points you at the route under the Digital Services Act.

What we do with a report

We look at the thing, decide, remove it or leave it, and tell you why. If we need the evidence later, we keep it. Suspected content involving a minor gets reported on; an intimate image without consent is looked at first.
