These are the house rules for the whole site. They sit on top of the Terms of use; where the two overlap, the Terms win. Kept short on purpose, so read them once.
Your account
What happens through your account counts as yours. Keep the password to yourself and tell us quickly if you think somebody else is in it.
Adults only
You must be 18 or over. A photo with anyone younger does not get past the upload check, so the site stays adult throughout without you having to look up any age.
Do not work around that check or the prompt filter. If you do and somebody under 18 still comes out, the rules still apply.
Real people
A photo of somebody else goes in only when you have the right to use it and, for anything intimate, when they are fine with it. That covers the cases people get upset about: a picture of an ex, a picture of a friend, a picture nobody asked about.
If it is your face and you want it taken down, write to us.
What must not come out
1. Anything sexual involving somebody under 18, however young they look.
2. A likeness used without the consent of the person it is of.
3. Something that breaks the law where you live or where we operate.
4. Something that breaks somebody else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
5. Something that misleads: a generated image passed off as a photo of a real event, for instance.
6. Anything hateful, harassing or plainly deceptive.
Spam and scraping
No unsolicited bulk messages and no bought contact lists. No scraping the presets or the feed, and no hammering an endpoint so other people have to wait.
Do not break the machinery
1. Do not get into an account, a server or a model you have no business being in.
2. Look for holes if you like. We take a report as a gift, not as a claim.
3. Do not send in malware or flood the site.
4. Do not go around the coin cost, the queue or the batch limit.
5. Do not copy the site, its presets or its design and pass them off as yours.
Money
Pay for what you use. Chargeback fraud, a card that is not yours, farming the welcome coins and cheating a reward are all things we may undo.
Our name
Do not pretend to be us, or claim a partnership with us that does not exist.
What happens when a rule is broken
We can block a prompt, hold or refund a generation, put an account on hold, or close it. A serious or repeated break ends the account. Where the law wants it, we tell a payment provider or an authority.
A blocked prompt costs you nothing: the generation is not charged.

We update these rules when something changes. The date below says when.
