These terms are an agreement between you and us, the people behind Lustio.ai ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, together with the Privacy notice and the Content rules. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
Lustio.ai makes images and short videos with artificial intelligence. You send a photo or a description, pick a preset, and a model makes the result, not a camera. Everything you make is yours to use, as these terms say below.
A result is never guaranteed. The same preset on the same photo can come out differently twice, and the model decides the details.
Age
You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The site shows AI art, some of it made for adults. We do not ask for a birth date; the 18+ gate is your confirmation.
Your account
Sign up with an e-mail or a social account, or start as a guest and keep your files by creating an account later. One person, one account: welcome and invite rewards are meant for one account per person, browser and network. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else got in.
Coins and prices
The site runs on coins. Every preset shows its price in coins before you start and nothing is charged without your press. A generation that fails is refunded to your balance in full, on its own.
Coins you buy in a pack never expire. Coins we give away (welcome, daily reward, Telegram, invites, refunds) can carry their own rules, and we can take them back if they were gained by cheating a reward.
What you pay is shown in your currency at checkout. Prices can change; a change never touches the coins you already own.
Payments
Every purchase is one payment, made once. Nothing renews, nothing is charged again, and there is no subscription to cancel. A third-party provider handles the payment; we never see or store your card or wallet details. Your bank statement shows a neutral company name, not the name of this site.
Coins are added when the payment clears (for crypto, when the network confirms it).
Refunds and chargebacks
If something is not right, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment. While you have spent less than a fifth of the coins you bought, we refund in full; after that we look at it case by case.
A failed generation is refunded in coins and needs no request.
Crypto payments are final, because the network cannot reverse them.
If you open a chargeback, the coins from that payment are frozen while the dispute runs, and access tied to the disputed pack can pause. When the refund goes through, the coins from that payment are removed.
Where the law where you live gives you a stronger consumer right, that right wins over this section.
What you upload
The upload stays yours. By sending one you confirm that you have the right to use it, and that any person in it, or their guardian, is fine with it being processed and turned into new images and video.
Photos with people in them are age-checked before you can use them. If a face is read as younger than 18, the upload is refused and you are told why; the estimated age itself is not kept.
We use your uploads and results only to run the site: to make your results, keep them in your gallery, show them to you and serve the download. Your files are never used to train anything.
A file, upload or result, is deleted 24 hours after it is created, and you can delete any result yourself before that. A deleted file cannot be recovered, so download what you want to keep.
What you make
A result is yours. Use it, post it, sell it. We take only the licence we need to run the site: to store it, show it to you and serve the download.
A result is an AI image, not a photograph, and not a portrait of a real person, even when it was made from a photo of one. It can look like the person in the source without being them. Small flaws, in hands, text, jewellery or a background, are normal.
A result is not unique. A very similar one can come out for someone else.
Nothing here is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio, publisher or brand; their names are used descriptively.
Fictional adults
Every character in a result is a fictional adult of 18 or over, even when they look younger.
We have zero tolerance for explicit content with minors. A photo of someone younger than 18 does not get past the upload check, so nothing under 18 ends up in an adult result.
What you may not do
1. Do not reverse engineer, decompile or copy the site’s code, design or presets.
2. Do not remove our notices from anything you copy.
3. Do not mirror the site or resell it as if it were yours.
4. Do not abuse it: no scraping, no hammering an endpoint, no going around the coin cost or the queue.
5. Do not upload what you have no rights to, or a photo of a person who did not agree.
6. Do not send unlawful, obscene, hateful or misleading input or output.
7. No spam and no unauthorised advertising.
8. Do not collect other people’s files or data and pass them off as your own.
9. Do not infringe anyone’s privacy, personality or intellectual property rights.
10. Follow the law, where you live and where we operate.
Other companies we rely on
Parts of the site depend on others: payment providers, the AI model providers, Telegram, your bank. Their terms sit next to ours. A link from our site does not mean we endorse the site it goes to.
Changes and availability
We can add, change or drop a feature or a preset, and change prices, at any time. We try to stay up, but promise no uptime: maintenance, a model outage or a provider limit can pause things.
We can change these terms. The date at the bottom says when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like and delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and can hold back coins earned by breaking them. A generation running when an account closes is refunded like any failure.
Who owns the site
The site, its code, design, text and presets belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal licence to use the site; we do not sell it to you.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no promises beyond what these terms say, including that a result fits a particular use.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data, or for what you or anyone else does with a result. The most we owe is what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Your part
You will cover us for a claim against us that comes from what you uploaded, from the way you used a result, from breaking these terms, or from breaking someone else’s rights.
Disputes, law, contact
Write to [email protected] first. We read everything and answer as fast as we can.
These terms follow the law of the country where we are based, and its courts decide a dispute, unless the law where you live gives you another court.

If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays. These terms and the policies they point to are the whole agreement between us. Not enforcing a right once is not a waiver of it. We can hand this agreement to someone else; you can with our OK.
